REFUNDS/EXCHANGES OF SERVICES:

AAD/BDNP strives to provide quality products and service. We are confident that our services will exceed your expectations. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our services. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will work diligently to figure out a solution to any situation.

Important Note: If an error occurs specifically on our behalf, we will evaluate the situation and grant a refund if necessary. We reserve the right to deny/accept any requests and/or only provide partial refunds.

DELIVERY:

Al-Amanah will ship its orders via FED EX and USPS. When possible, we also ship using our personal carrier services.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

S & H is calculated based on the weight of the items. Shipping may take anywhere between 2-14 business days (after design/printing has been completed) depending on quantity, availability and location.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER:

Orders that are cancelled will result in the following (Important Note: This is only for DESIGN SERVICES only - Orders that request printing may NOT be cancelled once order has been placed. If you wish to cancel the order that you printed you will only be refunded the shipping costs given that the order has not been shipped):

• Within 6 Hours = Full Refund
• Within 24 Hours (after 6th hour) = Refund 50%
• After 24 Hours = NO REFUND
